The Venture Onward Team consists of two partners who have spent their careers in experience design and creating. Joe envisioned a firm that could provide custom games and experiences that can generate revenue for clients while creating unforgettable memories for customers. It only took one conversation for Sam to join the VO Team, bring his engineering expertise to implement amazing experiences.
Joe Hillenbrand

Joe, his wife, and three children, live in Evansville, Indiana. He obtained his Bachelor's of Science from University of Southern Indiana, was a traveling musician, and started, operated, and grew a campground, restaurant, and destination recreation area. Joe saw an opportunity to add a new source of revenue for similar businesses by creating a unique and fun adventure for guests.
Sam Weber

Sam, his wife, and three children, live in Greenwood, Indiana. He obtained his Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering from Purdue University and has spent his career serving public and private clients with infrastructure projects. As a passenger on his wife's extensive travel habit with his family, he has experienced and planned many adventures. With this first-hand knowledge and his consulting background, Sam is capable of implementing complex technical solutions for each unique experience.
